You may ask, Does God really hear my prayer, and if so does He answer the prayer of mere men? The Bible says “whoever calls on the name of the Lord Shall be saved’ Joel 2:32, a fact restated in Acts 2:21. That means even if you are not yet a Christian all you need to do is call upon Him in sincere repentance and faith, and He will immediately admit you into His family and clothe you with His righteousness. Farther the Bible assures us that God hears the prayer of a righteous man (person) and James (Jesus half brother in the flesh) assures us in 5:16 that “The effective fervent prayer of righteous man avails much.” Now Paul reminds us in Philippians 4:6 not to be anxious for anything; this word anxious is the same word Jesus used in Matthew 6:25 when He said “do not worry…” a word that carries the implication of being preoccupied and distracted with things that put us under pressure causing stress and anxiety. We also see in Philippians 4:6 the proper way to approach God: “In everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving…” “In everything by prayer and supplication” – talking to God about everything, making humble request – and don’t forget to do so with thanksgiving. “Enter into His gates with thanksgiving and into His courts with praise…” Psalm 100:4. Praise for what He has done, for who He is, for His faithfulness, and so much more. Why doubt and be without, when you can pray and have a better day!
I know He hears

Dear Lord, I know my prayer is Your delight,
And into Your will You give understanding and sight.
I know You will always hear my prayer,
And that You never leave me, You’re always there.
You are always waiting my prayer to receive,
And very happy my burdens to relieve.
You never remove Your loving kindness from me,
For Your mercy and love I do worship Thee.
SO I come with boldness into Your presence,
The power of Your Spirit I already sense.
So I’m asking You and surely believe,
That whatever I need I will receive.
